Sam Maggio is the Vice President of Operations and Marketing  for Reece Development.  He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, marketing and management experience.  Sam emphasizes a philosophy of analyzing marketing and strategic data through the prism of a creative lens.

 

Prior to Reece Development, Sam built an extensive background in Marketing and Operations, founding his niche advertising agency, Maggio Marketing & Media.  He has worked in developing marketing strategic plans, as well as print and electronic communications, promoting companies in a variety of industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Non-Profits and more. 

 

Sam has worked for-and-with other organizations as a business development officer and as a trusted consultant, helping companies build to capture their markets.  Examples include Prime Time International, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, HighTower Advisors (Indian Wells), Kaminsky Productions and P.F. Chang's China Bistro (as restaurant manager). 

  

Sam has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and achieved an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.

 

Sam holds his real estate license in Arizona.
