Eric Costa is the principal and founder of Reece Development.  He has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, portfolio leasing, national tenant representation, investment sales and capital markets.  Eric continues to maintain an “investor first” philosophy at Reece Development which he has championed throughout his career.  He consistently works/grinds to purchase and strategically manage profitable assets.

 

Prior to Reece Development, Eric founded Pure Partners which specialized in build-to-suit development for national retail tenants (including Starbucks) as well as asset managing value-add investment properties. Eric oversaw all operations including client relationship development, acquisitions, financing, leasing, property management and dispositions.  Pure Partners has worked and developed extensive market knowledge/contacts in multiple states including Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and California.

 

Prior to Pure Partners, Eric was a partner at Aspen Properties in Austin, Texas where he asset managed over 3 million square feet of class A office for the company.  Eric oversaw all operations including acquisitions, financing, leasing, property management, construction management and dispositions.  Eric also completed multiple value-add asset flips where he handled all stages of the transformation process. All assets were sold at sizeable profits for the investors with no cash calls.

 

Prior to Aspen Properties, Eric developed his retail brokerage skills sets in Southern California at Flocke and Avoyer Commercial Real Estate and Faris Lee Investments.  Eric has extensive experience in all areas of brokerage including portfolio asset leasing, investment sales, national tenant representation and development.

 

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California and completed his graduate work at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.   Eric holds Broker licenses in Texas and California.  (Colorado and Arizona in process)
